2021 Coffee for a Cure raised

coffee amount.PNG

It all started over a cup of coffee and look where we are out now.

What an amazing result for a year most want to forget.

We hope the coffee shared in our LLF cups ignited a very important conversation. One about the statistics surrounding childhood brain cancer in Australia and how a very brave little girl is well on her way to making a difference.

A brave little girl had her birthday on the 19th September, had she survived she would have been 9 years old.

84 locations across Sydney celebrated her very special day and hosted Coffee for a Cure in her honour.

We raised an incredible $57,250 🤍🌼☕️

With thanks and a whole lot of love to our friends listed below and to you for your support.

See you next year for Alegras double digits 🧜‍♀️🌼🤍💫

MATILDA- the musical

plc sydney

When the performing arts department asked to meet earlier this year I couldn’t have imagined what would have resulted.

Postponed due to Covid and many changes made throughout the course of rehearsals to comply, the most spectacular production of Matilda was created by such special people.

Their plan had been to raise awareness and funds for the little legs foundation during the week of sold out performances.

Due to restrictions their live audiences were cut and only parents and guardians of cast and crew we able to see the show on two nights.

Marino & I were lucky enough to watch the Friday night performance.

By the selfless act of many and by the kind request of Dr Burgis, the schools principal, many opted to forfeit the refund for their purchased tickets and opted to have the money donated to us.

It is with great joy that I announce the production raised $17500 for our cause!!!

We congratulate all involved in this production, the crew of course and the cast who brought each character to life. Such brilliance in their performances. So proud to be a part of this school community.

Forever grateful to you all 🤍🌼🎬

We Bare Bears

We were so excited to have been contacted by the Cartoon Network to collaborate in celebration of their #1 show's Movie release. Three bear siblings walking hand in hand through the ups and downs of their journey in life.

Much like our very own Bears.

A HUGE thank you to Tina Petrovski for believing in our cause and giving us all her love and support. Forever grateful for the opportunity to work with such an incredible team @cartoonnetwork.

FUNDRAISER

FROZEN 2

1st December 2019

Palace Cinemas once again opened their doors to us for a two cinema sell out screening of a very favourite film.

We thank all who came along and enjoyed the morning with us. Special thanks to Elsa, Anna & Olaf - Pistachio Entertainment for joining us and those who donated prizes to our raffle.

Our movie fundraiser was held on Sunday 23rd June at the Palace Cinemas, Leichhardt. Over 180 guests filled the cinema where we screened Toy Story 4 on its opening weekend, raising over $8000.
